Tentative Changes to the Collective Agreement  
Attached, you will find a document detailing the negotiated changes to our collective agreement.

Only a bilingual summary will be presented at the Virtual Assembly. We would like to remind you that this document is confidential and is presented in the language as negotiated.

The Virtual Assembly will be held on Thursday, July 21 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to present the changes and answer your questions.  The link will be provided shortly.  You may choose to participate and ask questions.
During the presentation, we ask that you turn off your camera and mute your microphone.
If you wish to ask a question, we will ask you to turn on your camera and use the "raise your hand" feature to queue up. Once your question has been asked and answered, we will again ask you to turn off your camera and mute your microphone.
In-person voting at the PSUO-SSUO office
 
In-person voting will take place at the union office (555 King Edward Street). Voting will be open from 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2022 until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, according to the following schedule:
 

  • Thursday, July 21: from1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 22: from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, July 25: from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday, July 26: from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 
In-person voting at the Roger Guindon campus
 
Please note that in-person voting at the Roger Guindon campus will take place according to the following schedule:
 

  • Friday, July 22: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. July 22/ Room 2111
  • Tuesday, July 26: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m./ Room 2009 
 
Human Resources has informed faculties and departments that members are permitted to attend the presentation and vote during work hours without loss of pay or benefits, in accordance with Section 7.14.
 
Members must coordinate with their supervisor to maintain frontline services.
