Workplace Harassment Guidelines
OSSTF/FEESO has created this guide to dealing with harassment in the workplace. The document references the Bill 168 of the Health and Safety Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Criminal Code. It provides direction for members who are experiencing harassment or who have been accused of harassment.
